Washing instructions for ponytail extensions
Wash only when necessary – when the extension is visibly dirty or has developed unpleasant odors. Overwashing wears down the fibers.
- Brush dry before washing, from the ends toward the roots, with a soft-bristled brush.
- Soak, do not rub. Mix shampoo designed for synthetic fibers – e.g. Sense Shampoo – with lukewarm (not hot) water. Soak the ponytail for approx. 5–10 min.
- Rinse with cool water until the water runs clear.
- Apply conditioner to the lengths (Sense Conditioner): soak or leave on for a few minutes, then rinse lightly.
- Drying: squeeze out excess water with a towel (do not wring), then let air dry naturally. Do not use a hairdryer.
- Finishing: spray with a leave-in spray (Sense Antistatic Leave-in) and brush when the fiber is almost dry.
- Store braided or in a box to prevent tangling.
